Manufacture Your Day by SCHEDULING PHONE BREAKS
Cell phone addiction is a real thing and we have to acknowledge it.
Are you using technology to enhance your life or rule your life?
Just recently, I reflected on how dependent people have become on their cell phones.

- 81.6% of Americans, totalling 270 million people, own a smartphone as of 2023.
- The average American spends 5 hours and 24 minutes on their mobile device each day.
- Americans check their phones on average 96 times per day, or once every ten minutes.

Has it ever happened to you that 3 minutes on your phone turn into 30 minutes of useless browsing? Well, it happened to me more than once and I find it really disturbing to use my precious time this way.
What do you give your attention to when you are on your phone?
Do you use the internet for fun or education?
I encourage you to take scheduled breaks from your cell phone and see where this will take you.
