Manufacture Your Day by BELIEVING IN PEOPLE
I work with people.
I coach them and help them to become the best possible version of themselves. It isn’t alway easy but for me this challenge makes it the coolest profession in the world.
Sometimes companies try to hire us to “fix their people”. That’s not our job and I have learned to walk away from this kind of clients.
People don’t need to be fixed. Normally they just need someone who listens and helps to provide a different perspective.
I focus on understanding their challenges and daily frustrations in order to build trust. If we have managed to build a strong relationship, it is easy to discover their limiting believes and help them to strive for their personal best.
The challenge is that 70% of people don’t know what they want. They want things to change. They want other people to change. That’s where our work starts.
Helping people to look at their daily challenges from a different perspective opens up a whole new world for them.
I recommend this as the path to follow. Wayne Dyer used to say, “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”
I believe in you! What would it take to pull out all the stops?
