September is such a transitional month…S.A.D. is real. 

“Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that’s related to changes in seasons — SAD begins and ends at about the same times every year. If you’re like most people with SAD, your symptoms start in the fall and continue into the winter months, sapping your energy and making you feel moody.” ~ quoted from the Mayo Clinic 

Did you know that according to the first-ever “2017 Workplace Wellness Report: Mind the Workplace”, the manufacturing industry ranked amongst the worst for mental health in the workplace? 

We all have our own battles to fight, and that’s why we need more kind people in our work environments. 

Have you ever noticed that we are kinder, more patient and more tolerant when someone has a “handicapped” or “baby on board” sign in the car? 

Why is it so difficult to be kind for no reason? 

Today I would like to ask you to think before you speak:

Is it kind?

Is it necessary? 

Is it helpful?
