That’s why I have stopped listening to the news 12 years ago and believe me, I am doing just fine. 🙂 You can stay informed without being inundated by negativity. Phew!

Exercise and eat healthy. If you lose you lose your health, you lose everything. Big lifestyle changes are overwhelming. The little steps will slowly develop into healthy habits.
Practise to be curious. Don’t ask to judge! Ask to learn from the people around you.
