Manufacturing Excellence – Inspire, Lead, and Succeed with INTEGRITY!

“Efficiency is doing things right; Effectiveness is doing the right things.”
– Peter F. Drucker

What I want to know…..

Do your personal values match the values of your organization?
Have you ever compromised your integrity? If yes, for what prize?
How did you feel after?
Is is worthwhile to choose short term gain vs. long term pain?

Looking forward to hear from you!

  1. I like to think of myself as someone who actually exudes integrity. My value in salesmanship and to the organizations I represent typically match… That is, once I have convinced them that this basis of doing business and with life has and always will be my mantra. However, in the words of Uncle Bill Shakespeare, “Love all, trust a few, do wrong to none”, I have also experienced much less than the very best of people. The “cost of doing business” and “nothing personal it’s just business” holds little or no solace for me personally. The concern for others in all that we do, a deep desire to provide the very products and services must be delivered with two important elements – the wisdom in knowing what to do and the virtue to actually do it. One of my favorite Mark Twain quotes hangs over my office desk to remind me – “Do the right thing. It will gratify some and it will astonish the rest”. Long term pain for me please, if obtaining knowledge, wisdom and exceptional relationships being “the pain” spoken of here…
