Manufacture Your Day by RELIEVING STRESS

It is a long weekend in Canada but because I have so many international clients and people all over the world who read my daily messages now, my new self-imposed rule is to write from Monday to Friday. 

I am 100% committed to write these messages because I feel that this is my way of making a positive difference for the people who work in the manufacturing industry. Thanks for taking the time to read. 

Every day I work very hard and often long hours BUT I always make sure to put myself first when it comes to refilling my energy, and I encourage my clients to do the same. 

My biggest stress relief is sport. May it be the gym, swimming, cycling, running, walking, dancing…. When you exercise, your body releases endorphins, which are the hormones that fight stress.

Over the years I have trained myself to be disciplined when it comes to physical activity. 


  • If I am mentally and physically fit, I have the energy to help my clients to achieve organizational fitness.
  • I like to live life to the fullest and it also makes me a better person. 
  • It is my natural mood enhancer when I had a tough day.
  • It puts a smile on my face when I do something that I enjoy. 
  • Last but not least, it is also a great way to spend quality time with my family.

There are so many people who are impatient and angry wherever they go.

Unfortunately this is how they live their life: Honking the horn on the street or making gestures to others that are less than desirable to watch, yelling and screaming, being consumed by being in the victim mode. The reasons are stress and frustration. 

Don’t allow yourself to get so impatient angry at the people around you. The only one who really gets affected is YOU, and I believe our world could use a little bit more empathy and kindness.  

Exercise can help. Even a simple walk in the evening will do wonders. 

There are many things that matter in life and this is one of them. Come on! What would it take to get in shape?

It has been said, “You can have excuses or you can have results – you can’t have both.”
