Manufacture Your Day by MANAGING YOUR STRESS EFFECTIVELY

If you know a little bit about me, you must know how passionate I am about being active. Last weekend I went skiing. Nature, sunshine, good company and beautiful snow conditions do the trick for me.

Exercise is known to be one of the best stress management tools. If you don’t like to exercise, that’s o.k. Simply get into the habit of going for a walk – alone, with your spouse, with your children, with a friend or with your dog.

Tony Robbins used to say, “Emotion is created by motion.” In other words, if you feel emotionally drained and stressed, get away from your screen and start moving (walking, running, skating, dancing – whatever works for you) and I guarantee that you will instantly feel better.

It is important that you look after yourself – mentally and physically.
