Manufacture Your Day by DOING YOUR BEST UNTIL YOUR TIME WILL COME

When you know what you want (a challenge for many people) and when you have a vision about what can be, things will happen when the time is right.

Guaranteed!

The challenge is that you have to keep a good attitude and put in the work, especially when times are tough. You may not see great results for years. Bummer!

Well, at least this is how it has been for me.

For the past 11 1/2 years I was determined to understand the challenges in the manufacturing industry, and with that of course the challenges of people at all levels in the organization.

I knew that I had to get ready until “they’re ready”.

I did everything I could to sharpen my skills – free workshops, free speaking engagements, free coaching sessions. I listened to audiobooks, I read, I watched TED talks and I built many sincere and meaningful relationships along the way.

This was the time I had to invest to demonstrate how much I wanted to succeed as a trainer and as a leadership coach in this industry. I think I passed this “life exam” but I know that I will never stop learning and growing.

Here I am many years later and I am still determined to learn from the people in this industry. Every single one of my workshops is started with the intention to understand people’s desires, fears and frustrations, and to help them to become the best possible version of themselves. This is how you become an influencer.

If you listen more than you talk, there is no other way but becoming a little bit better each day.

Sometimes people think that they should get a promotion first, and then they will invest in a better attitude, better relationships, helping others and going the extra mile.

Nope. It’s exactly the other way around.

Make yourself so valuable that you become irreplaceable.

Do you want to know my magic formula?

Great attitude + good relationships + going the extra mile + helping others to get what they want = getting what you want

Now stop driving the BMW (blaming, moaning and whining) and start smiling!
